You don't need previous experience with an electric mountain bike. However, you should be comfortable riding a bike on varied terrain. Before setting off, your instructor will explain how the electric assistance works, how to use the controls and the correct riding positions.
What level is required to take part?
A good level of fitness and some regular cycling experience are recommended. You should be comfortable riding on varied trails, standing on the pedals and tackling downhill sections. Your guide will then adapt the route and pace to the group's ability.
Where does the e-mountain bike ride take place?
The rides take place on the Semnoz massif, near La Clusaz and Annecy. The area offers a fantastic variety of terrain, including forest tracks, technical climbs and flowing single tracks, along with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
Are the bike and protective equipment provided?
