Description
The Escape City is a fun and original way to discover La Clusaz, its history and its Savoyard culture. On the other hand, if you’re a local and thought you knew everything about the village and its secrets — now’s the time to find out ! Armed with your roadbook and your mystery backpack padlocked on all sides, head out as a team like modern-day explorers to solve your Escape City. Find the clues, open the padlocks, use the accessories you encounter along the route to crack the codes and solve the riddles. To succeed, you’ll need cunning, sharp thinking and determination — be the team that opens the safe and claims the reward ! Watch out — you have 90 minutes to complete the La Clusaz Escape City !

The Escape City takes place outdoors in La Clusaz village — comfortable shoes are recommended. In winter, bring warm clothing suited to outdoor exploration. Each team receives their own roadbook and mystery backpack — the activity is run simultaneously so that all teams compete at the same time.

Is the activity accessible to everyone ?
Yes. The La Clusaz Escape City requires no particular physical condition or prior knowledge of La Clusaz. The riddles call on logic, observation and team spirit — universal qualities !
How many people per team ?
Teams ideally consist of 4 to 6 people. Takamaka adapts the split according to your total headcount to ensure a balanced competition.
Is the activity available year-round ?
Yes — the Escape City runs in all seasons through La Clusaz village. In winter, the snowy Aravis atmosphere adds an extra magical dimension to the investigation !
Is the activity supervised ?
Yes. The Takamaka facilitator handles the briefing, equipment distribution and team monitoring throughout the 90 minutes. Assistance is available if teams get stuck.
Can the Escape City be combined with other activities ?
Absolutely. The Escape City fits perfectly into a full La Clusaz seminar day — team building in the morning, Escape City in the afternoon, Takamaka evening to close. Contact us for a bespoke programme.
