Takamaka’s instructors kit you out from head to toe — bike, helmet, knee pads, elbow pads — and teach you the basic downhill techniques. We alternate between technical sections and flowing descents, far from the tarmac and the traffic. Equipment provided, beginners welcome — all you need to do is let the slope carry you all the way down to the foot of La Clusaz village.
