Discover Les Saisies in a way you’ll never forget: on a snowmobile, alone or with a partner, for a night-time adventure combining groomed runs and off-piste sections amidst the wild landscapes of Savoie. Les Saisies resort offers an exceptional setting for this motorised adventure: vast snow-covered expanses, alpine forests and, as a backdrop, a spectacular sunset over Mont Blanc.
The Discovery package is ideal for first-time riders: after a ten-minute briefing with the guide, you take the reins of a snowmobile and follow your guide along the route. Halfway through, if there are two of you, you can swap places with your passenger. An hour of freedom, speed and fresh air makes this tour an extraordinary winter outing.

Transport to Les Saisies is not included; as winter conditions (snow, cold, fog) are to be expected, the activity will go ahead regardless: please ensure your vehicle is equipped with snow tyres or snow chains and plan your journey to the resort in advance.
You must bring a full set of ski clothing (jacket, waterproof trousers, warm gloves), warm and waterproof boots, and a credit card for the €1,000 deposit per snowmobile, which will be refunded at the end of the session provided there is no damage.
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence, whilst passengers must be aged 5 or over; the activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.

What is the difference between the Introductory Snowmobile Course and the Advanced Snowmobile Course at Les Saisies?
The Introductory Snowmobile Tour is the ideal option for beginners or those who have never driven a snowmobile before. The route combines groomed trails and off-piste sections, with the pace adapted to the group’s ability. The guide adjusts the pace so that everyone can find their feet in complete safety.
The Advanced Snowmobile tour is aimed at those who ride motorbikes and are comfortable with motor sports, and who wish to push the machine further, with more challenging off-piste sections and a faster pace. The price is the same (from €205); it is your level and your expectations that make the difference.
Do you need a driving licence to ride a snowmobile?
Yes, a driving licence is required to drive. The minimum age for driving is 18. However, no licence is required to be a passenger: from the age of 5, your child, partner or friend can sit behind you and enjoy the tour to the full. For groups with an odd number of participants, the ‘Passenger Guide’ option allows you to ride behind the guide without driving.
Will the activity go ahead if it snows?
Yes, and that’s exactly when the magic happens! The fresh snow in Les Saisies makes every outing unique. The activity is not cancelled due to standard winter weather conditions (snow, cold, fog).

What time do the snowmobile sessions take place in Les Saisies?
The activity takes place every day once the ski slopes have closed. The first departures are around 4.30 pm, and the last departure is around 9.00 pm. It’s an experience that takes place at dusk and into the night: you’ll enjoy the sunset over Mont Blanc at the start and ride by starlight. A truly unique setting!
Where is Les Saisies?
Les Saisies ski resort is located in Savoie, in the Beaufortin massif, about a 1 hour 20 minute drive from Annecy. Access is by car (transport is not included in the package).
The roads leading to Les Saisies require a vehicle equipped for winter conditions (snow tyres and/or snow chains).
Make sure you set off early enough so as not to miss your time slot, especially during school holidays when the roads to the resorts can be busy.
